Liability Waiver:
We require that all our participants sign a waiver before playing our escape rooms. Each participant over the age of 16 may sign their own waiver. Anyone under 16 years of age must have an adult sign on their behalf. You can download the waiver below and print it yourself if you would prefer, or we have many waivers in our front lobby so you may sign when you arrive for your game. The first page (front) is for 16+ and parents/guardians. The second page (back) is where you fill out information/sign for children under 16.
